    IRS Requires Health Care Reporting on 2012 W2

    Beginning in tax year 2012, employers who will file 250 or more W2 forms are required to report the cost of employer-provided health care coverage on the Form W-2.  This reporting is optional for employers with less than 250 W2s.  For information on how to comply with this IRS requirement, please contact our Customer Service Department.
