ACA Services

  • ACA reporting and compliance is now a mandated requirement for Applicable Large Employers as defined by federal regulators. Many provisions of the Affordable Care Act have changed with little to no warning, and it appears that may continue. Harpers Payroll Services provides comprehensive ACA Reporting and Filing Services.

  • Compliance

    PayrollForward monitors employee’s average hours worked and proactively notifies you of an employee crossing the 30 hours average hours worked threshold – in one direction or the other. Additionally, PayrollForward will determine if your plan is deemed affordable based on the legislated standard. Finally, Harpers will file the required information returns for you if your company is an Applicable Large Employer (A.L.E.) as well as produce the required 1095-C and 1094-C forms for employees using the data maintained in PayrollForward.
