California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. Children Under the Age of 13

None of Harpers’ products or sites are intended for children under 13 years of age, and Harpers does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age.

Security

Harpers has implemented at least industry standard security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Information under our control.  All Sites use secure server software (SSL), which encrypts all information Users’ input before it is sent to us. Thus, we have taken steps to protect the Information we collect from you from unauthorized access. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to any of our products.
