Children Under the Age of 13

None of Harpers’ products or sites are intended for children under 13 years of age, and Harpers does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age.

Harpers has implemented at least industry standard security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Information under our control.  All Sites use secure server software (SSL), which encrypts all information Users’ input before it is sent to us.
